These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the TowCal mobile application (“TowCal,” the “App”), provided by JackStaff Digital LLC (“we,” “us”). By downloading or using TowCal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TowCal on devices you own or control, for your own use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you obtained it from.
You may not resell, sublicense, rent, lease, redistribute, publish, copy, or create derivative works from the App, nor reverse-engineer, decompile, or repurpose its code, design, logic, or calculations, except as permitted by applicable law.
TowCal provides scheduling tools and estimated pay and financial figures based on the information you enter. These outputs are estimates only and may not reflect your actual pay, taxes, benefits, or employer policies. TowCal does not provide financial, tax, legal, or maritime-regulatory advice. You are responsible for verifying any figure before relying on it.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JackStaff Digital LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
