This Privacy Policy explains how JackStaff Digital LLC (“we,” “us”) handles information in connection with the TowCal mobile application (“TowCal,” the “App”). We built TowCal to keep your information on your own device. We do not operate servers that collect or store your personal data.
Everything you enter into TowCal — your rotation schedule, pay figures, credentials, reminders, bills, notes, and settings — is stored locally on your device. We do not transmit this information to us or to any third party, and we cannot access it. Removing the App removes this data from your device.
We do not require an account, we do not use analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not collect your name, contacts, location, or usage behavior.
TowCal is offered as a paid subscription. Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), and subscription status is managed through RevenueCat, our subscription-management provider. To operate the subscription, these parties may process limited data such as an anonymous app-user identifier, purchase and receipt details, device type, and the IP address of the request. If you tap a link to contact support or share information, your device’s own email or sharing app opens with content you control. We only receive what you choose to send us (for example, a support email to towcal@tutamail.com). We use it solely to respond to you.
TowCal may read the current date and time from your device and standard network time, and may load fonts when first opened. It does not send your personal data over the network.
TowCal is intended for working mariners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
